A LA CARTE GITES
How does it work for the gîte owner?
In signing up with A la carte gîtes you
have 2 options:
Formula A :
You send us a description of your property, some photos
in jpeg or gif format, dates of availability and prices
... and we will create a page on our site for you. There
can be a link to your own site (if you have one). The
customer will then deal directly with you (by phone,
email or however) when he wishes to book.
COST :
45 euros per year (a basic maintenance fee) SIGN

Formula B :
Not only do we create a page for you on our site but
we create a whole website for your property(ies). We
also come over and take high quality digital photographs
of the property, inside and out. The site is then hosted,
maintained and referenced by us.
COST :
499 euro set-up fee plus annual 65 euro maintenance fee

OTHER OPTIONS:
Featured gîtes.
You will see 'small ads' on either side of this (and
most ) pages on the site. These cost €10 per month
for the home page and €5 per month for all other
pages. One photo (about 100X85 px) and about 15 words. ORDER
Working with FRANCE A LA CARTE: As a registered incoming travel agent France à la
carte often needs gîtes to house its clients - usually small groups
on a short theme break. A la carte gite participants can benefit from
these occasional groups - they are always off-season, sometimes just the length
of a weekend. France à la carte takes a 10% commission in these
cases.
